Port of refuge
In the event of bad weather on the North Sea, the roads and port of Den Helder have proven an ideal port of refuge for both freighters
as offshore, dredging and fishing vessels, and tug transports. Harbour tugs are available round the clock, to provide assistance when
necessary during arrival and departure.
